Installation Instructions

Tools Required:

• Plastic clip removal tool

• Phillips screwdriver / Socket wrench

• Torque wrench

• Cleaning cloth

• Soft cloth (for surface protection when removing covers)

Installation Steps (General Reference) :

1. Remove grille bolt covers: Use appropriate tools to remove grille bolt covers—wrap tools with soft cloth to prevent scratches, take care not to break clips behind the trim

2. Remove mounting screws: Remove front grille mounting screws

3. Remove old grille assembly: Carefully remove the old grille assembly—retain mounting clips

4. Clean mounting surface: Clean the bumper mounting surface and clip positions

5. Install new grille assembly: Position the new grille assembly—align clip positions and mounting holes

6. Install and tighten mounting screws: Install and tighten screws to specified torque (ref. 5 N·m)

7. Install bolt covers: Install grille bolt covers—align clips with mounting holes
